Body Measurements
The tape measure should be taut, and it is suggested that a second person take the measurement.

Chest circumference (A)
Measure around the area just below the base of the chest.

Waist circumference (B)
Measure around your waist where your body naturally bends.

Xiphoid to Navel Distance (C)
The length is taken from the lower point of the Xiphoid, to just above the navel.
